777PETS CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: September 24, 2025

INTRODUCTION

This policy explains how cancellations and withdrawals are handled during the 777Pets video submission process. It is designed to align with our Participation Terms, Consent Form, and Content Release Agreement.

1. BEFORE SELECTION

If your video has not yet been reviewed or selected, you may withdraw your submission at any time by emailing support@777pets.com.
 Withdrawal is effective once confirmed by 777Pets. Upon withdrawal, your video and associated personal information will be deleted, except where retention is required by law.

2. AFTER SELECTION, BEFORE PAYMENT

If your video has been selected but you have not yet signed the Content Release Agreement or submitted payment details, you may cancel your participation by contacting support@777pets.com.
 No rights are transferred, and your content and personal information will be deleted upon cancellation.

3. AFTER PAYMENT

Once you have signed the Content Release Agreement and the $25 payment has been issued, the rights granted to 777Pets are generally final and non-revocable.

However, you may request withdrawal in the following limited circumstances:

  • If you discover the content creates a legitimate safety risk,

  • If legal action is threatened against you regarding the content, or

  • If a court order requires removal.

Requests must be submitted in writing to support@777pets.com with supporting documentation.
 If approved, new uses of your content will cease, but 777Pets is not obligated to recall or remove content from previously published materials.

4. IMPACT ON GIVEAWAYS

If you withdraw or cancel a submission, that video is no longer eligible for the monthly giveaway (10 winners of interactive pet toys).

5. DISQUALIFICATION

We reserve the right to disqualify and cancel any submission at any time if it contains:

  • Harmful or unsafe behavior,

  • Offensive or illegal content, or

  • Fraudulent information or stolen media.

Disqualified submissions are not eligible for the $25 payment or for entry into the monthly giveaway.
