777PETS PARTICIPATION TERMS

INTRODUCTION
These Participation Terms govern your submission of video content to 777Pets, a Florida nonprofit animal welfare organization (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting your video through our submission portal, you agree to these terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to participate. If you are between 16–17 years old, you must have the documented consent of a parent or legal guardian before submitting content.
1.2 Verification: You may be required to provide proof of age, identity, or parental consent.
2. SUBMISSION PROCESS
2.1 Initial Review: All submissions undergo review for compliance with these terms.
2.2 Selection: Submission does not guarantee acceptance or payment. We may accept or reject any content at our sole discretion.
2.3 Notification: Selected participants will be contacted by email.
2.4 Content Release Agreement: If your submission is selected, you will be provided with our Content Release Agreement, which must be signed before payment is issued.
3. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Original Content: You confirm that the video is your own creation, that you own all rights to its elements (including music, logos, or third-party materials), and that you have obtained permission from all identifiable individuals shown.
3.2 Animal Welfare: Only videos that show pets in safe, humane conditions will be accepted. Any video showing harm, distress, or unsafe behavior will be rejected and may be reported.
3.3 Consent: You must ensure you have proper permissions for all appearances, including children (with parental/guardian consent).
4. PAYMENT AND GIVEAWAYS
4.1 Payment: If your video is accepted, you will receive a one-time payment of $25 USD.
4.2 Timing: Payment will typically be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your signed Content Release Agreement and valid payment details.
4.3 Giveaway Entry: Every accepted video is automatically entered into our monthly giveaway, where 10 winners each receive an interactive pet toy.
4.4 Taxes: You are responsible for any tax obligations related to payments received.
5. RIGHTS
5.1 Submission Rights: By submitting your video, you grant us a limited license to review, evaluate, and store it for selection purposes.
5.2 Commercial Use: We will only use your video commercially after you sign the Content Release Agreement and payment is processed.
5.3 Full Rights: Full usage rights are granted only upon acceptance of the Content Release Agreement.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data will be collected and processed as described in our [Privacy Policy].
7. WITHDRAWAL OF SUBMISSION
7.1 Pre-Selection: You may withdraw your submission any time before acceptance by emailing support@777pets.com.
7.2 Post-Selection, Pre-Payment: If your content has been selected but payment has not yet been issued, you may cancel without penalty.
7.3 Post-Payment: After payment, withdrawal is limited to specific cases described in the Content Release Agreement.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
